The reconfiguration of the ground floor and basement allowed for the creation of new public spaces such as a Lobby, Bar, Restaurant, and resident's Club Room. The design follows a classical plan, creating interconnected spaces with visual perspectives that guide guests from the street entrance to a new terrace at the back. The collaboration with Feau & Cie for the internal boiserie and the marbles arrived especially from Italy, ensured each space has its own distinct visual identity, providing guests with an environment reminiscent of a grand country house where they can eat, drink, and relax. This project was done in collaboration with Mark Pinney Associates.
