The concept of a grand vaulted arcade creating a regular and ordered 'frame' is intriguing and adds a sense of elegance to the space at the seventh floor of the Harrods Department Store. The arrangement of individual units with entrances flanked by cylindrical glass showcases allows each brand to showcase their unique corporate identity. Visually remarkable and engaging space for customers to explore high-value brands and bespoke perfumes. This project was done in collaboration with Mark Pinney Associates.
The Ferragamo flagship store is designed to evoke the craftsmanship of Italian tradition, incorporating materials such as timber, leather, and high-end fabrics in its interior. These carefully selected materials create a luxurious and sophisticated ambiance for displaying Ferragamo's footwear, clothing, and accessories. The combination of these elements reflects the brand's commitment to quality and attention to detail, inviting customers to immerse themselves in a world of elegance and Italian artistry. Garrard is renowned for its significant contributions to the modern concept of jewelry. For the first boutique at Harrods, Garrard a new design of bespoke display vitrines was introduced to enhance the presentation of exquisitely crafted and iconic jewelry pieces. The selection of materials such as nickel and suede, along with carefully designed lighting, played a crucial role in creating timeless and captivating interiors for showcasing these precious jewels. Located in the fine jewellery room of Harrods, the space presents a more intimate and inviting salon environment, with dedicated fine jewellery and timepiece galleries, designed to highlight the breadth and beauty of Harry Winston’s exquisite designs. A soft taupe and grey colour palette complements the custom designed black and lacquer and antique bronze furniture, with bespoke chandeliers, hand beaded silk walls and antique accents.
